Kristina Arnold, RN
Kristina has been a Registered Nurse for eleven years with eight years of Obstetric experience. She also has two years of med/surg, telemetry and emergency nursing experience. Kristina attended Miami University and the Christ Hospital School of Nursing. She has worked in the hospital setting her entire career until starting with Cincinnati Weight Loss Center in August 2006. Kristina had the LAP-BAND placed at Cincinnati Weight Loss Center and has gone from a size 18/20 to a size 2. Her husband has also had LAP-BAND surgery and has since lost all of his weight wearing a size 32” waist in his pants! Kristina says, “I am so very fortunate that I can integrate something that I am so passionate about and something that is such an important part of my life with my career. I can give my patients more than just a nursing consult, I am able to share my own personal experience with them too. Now, everyday I look forward to seeing the sparkle and gleam that my patients have when they are able share their weight loss success with me. I love to cheer them on, encouraging them every step of their journey, from their pre-op visit to their ultimate goal that I know they will reach!”
Tammy Mobley, RN, BSN - Provider Outreach & Marketing
Most of my professional life has been working in Critical Care in either an Emergency Room setting or an Intensive Care Unit. Now I am the Director of Outside Sales and Marketing for Cincinnati Weight Loss Center, a job that I truly love. I had LAP-BAND surgery on November 1, 2004. I began my journey with the gastric band at 225 pounds. Having dieted most of my adult life and failed at dieting I was sure I would fail with the gastric band as well. I told no one I was having a band so that when I did not lose the weight I would not have to be embarrassed yet again for another failure. Today I am 125 pounds, weighing less than I did in high school. I no longer suffer from joint pain, heartburn nor do I take the high blood pressure medicine I had taken since I was 32 years old. The gastric band and the support I have received with Cincinnati Weight Loss Center are a direct result of the weight loss. I am a busy 40 year old mom of 5 children and find little time to exercise. The gastric band took care of that for me. With the support CWLC provides before and after surgery, you CANNOT FAIL. Now exercise is so much easier for me and I enjoy exercising with my family. The gastric band changed my life. I hope you will let Cincinnati Weight Loss Center change yours. It will be the best thing you ever did.

Becki thrives on excellent customer service and helping people lose their negative self image one pound at a time.
Pamela Watkins-Office Manager and Corporate Counsel
Pamela only officially entered the office staff last January, but being married to Dr. Watkins, she's been involved with the Lap Band business since 2002. Pamela has several members of her family who have battled obesity for years, several who are banded or who have had gastric bypass, so to her, it is personal to help patients with their attempts to get insurance to help pay for surgery that will ultimately save their lives. That is why she is in charge of our appeals team. We strive to offer the most outstanding medical care experience you could ever have anywhere, so our expectations are very high. If anyone ever has a problem or a concern, she is here to listen and resolve the situation
Brandy Cook- Patient Coordinator
Brandy Cook, who was banded in January 2008 after struggling with weight gain for years, has been a patient coordinator with CWLC since that time. Brandy has served in customer focused positions for several years even training and working as an EMT. Her position allows her to interact with patients and provide support in every person’s weight loss journey which has, in turn, allowed her to change her life for the better. Brandy is also part of a banded duo as her husband Stuart was banded in April. Brandy is a warm and welcome addition to both patients and staff.
